Bookings to EXHIBIT at the HSC and Careers Expo in 2025 ARE NOW CLOSED AS ALL STANDS ARE SOLD!

• If you would like to book to exhibit at our other New South Wales event, the Western Sydney Careers Expo 2025, please complete a separate booking form on the Western Sydney Careers Expo website.
• Stand number and positioning on the floorplan will be advised 8 weeks prior to the event in your Exhibitor Manual. Note the floorplan is over two levels of the Winx Stand.
• If you want to request to erect a Custom Stand, please also complete the Custom Stand Request Form 2025.
• Bookings to exhibit close on Thursday 8 May 2025 unless sold out prior.
