The Victorian Careers Show 2025 will be held on Wednesday 14 May, Thursday 15 May and Friday 16 May, 9am-3pm in Exhibition Pavilion 1 at Melbourne Showgrounds. The event features over 90 exhibitors, seminars on VCE subjects, career, employment and study advice.

General admission is $15 per person, online bookings only, see Admission page on this website.

A discounted admission of $10 per student (inclusive of all seminars) for pre-booked school groups of 5 or more students is available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (teachers accompanying their school groups admitted free on all days).

Students, teachers and parents can attend seminars on subjects including English, Maths, Biology, Business Management, Psychology, Health and Human Development, plus presentations on subject selection for Year 10 students, information on applying through VTAC and the ATAR. Seating at the seminars is on a first come, first served basis.

• If bringing a school group, bookings are essential.
• Book early as peak arrival times fill quickly. Peak arrival time slots will close as we reach capacity.
• School Group Bookings close on the Final Booking Date of Wednesday 12 March 2025 unless booked out prior.
• Final student numbers must be submitted by Wednesday 12 March 2025.
• Payment must be made by Monday 28 April 2025 (credit card payment only).
• No refunds are available for cancellations after Monday 28 April 2025.
