Having joined the Yarra Ranges Yoga at a particularly special but vulnerable time physically, I feel like the practice has been an integral part of my pregnancy so far.
I have felt entirely supported throughout the process and, with Clare's teaching, my yoga practice has helped me understand and come to terms with the evolving requirements of my body and mind throughout my first, and entering my second trimester.
