Calm, relaxing yet challenging, friendly, customised for each person so you can go at your own pace. You don't feel pressured to exceed your limits to match other may be more advanced participants. At the end of the class you feel like you have accomplished something. No two classes are the same, there is always something new to try. Clare has a very professional attitude, she is always very well prepared and provides a nice environment for every class.
