BBCode

BBCode (or Bulletin Board Code) is a simple markup language used on many forums and messaging boards.

It allows you, as well as your audience, to take your content and publish it to forums in a more attractively styled way.

For example, let's say you run a support forum. Having all your support content handy as BBCode allows you to quickly answer questions on your forum - simply copy and paste the relevant BBCode from your content's support section into the forum post.

There are two ways to convert a section of your content into BBCode;

  • From within the footprint section in your FMS, under BBCode, click on get started and choose view content section as bbcode or view buzz as bbcode.
  • On any page of your website, click the button in the bottom right corner and choose BBCode for online forums.
