Email template
Using an email template for official communication with your audience not only looks professional; it can lend important weight to your message, while also being a great branding opportunity.
Even your email templates are laced by AÍFE with your dynamic content from the buzz section. Your templates contain content that will always be live updated, no matter how old the actual email is or when it was sent.
Use a "regular" email (augmented with your AÍFE footprint email signature) when you are communicating with your audience one-on-one (for example in the case of a query).
Use the email template when you are communicating a message audience wide, or when a template is warranted (for example for account details, a provisional quote, an invoice, etc.).
Your email template includes with the following features;
- your logo
- your tag line
- a lead text.
- a body text
- a call-to-action text
- a call-to-action link
- live headlines from your buzz section
- links to your social media (as embedded icons)
- a link to a vCard for quick import into the recipient's contact list
To download your email template, click download under get started.
